Fully automatic pallet wrapping

This machine fully automatically wraps pallets which are fed onto the pallet roller conveyor under the wrapper. The winder consists of a 2-column steel frame to which a slewing ring is mounted on a rotation arm. The rotation arm is equipped with a cutting device with a sealing unit that secures the foil after it has been cut. This prevents the problem of loose foil ends.

The foil clamp clamps the foil and after the preset number of turns, the cutting device cuts the foil to the desired length.
The wrapping machine is equipped with a powered ‘pre-stretch’ unit that can provide a pre-stretch of up to ± 350% on the film. This can result in a significant saving on annual stretch film use and also results in a nice, sleek end result that radiates quality.

The pallet height is sensed with a photocell that automatically stops the wrapper, the number of top and bottom windings is freely adjustable.
In the unlikely event that the film tears, an automatic film break detection is provided that stops the winder in the event of breakage and returns it to its starting position.

volautomatisch pallets wikkelen

Deze machine wikkelt volautomatisch pallets welke op de palletrollenbaan onder de wikkelaar doorgevoerd worden. De wikkelaar bestaat uit een 2- koloms stalen frame waaraan d.m.v. een draaikrans een rotatiearm gemonteerd zit. De rotatiearm is voorzien van een snij-inrichting met een sealunit die de folie vastzet nadat deze is afgesneden. Hiermee wordt het probleem van loshangende folie einden voorkomen.

De folieklem klemt de folie vast en na het vooraf ingestelde aantal wikkelingen snijdt de snij- inrichting de folie op de gewenste lengte door.
De wikkelmachine is voorzien van een aangedreven ‘pre-stretch’ unit die een voorrek kan geven tot ± 350% op de folie. Dit kan een aanzienlijke besparing op het jaarlijks rekfoliegebruik gebruik opleveren bovendien resulteert dit in een mooi strak eindresultaat wat kwaliteit uitstraalt.

De pallethoogte wordt afgetast met een fotocel die de wikkelaar automatisch stopt, het aantal onder en boven wikkelingen is vrij instelbaar.
Voor het onwaarschijnlijke geval dat de folie scheurt is een automatisch foliebreuk detectie voorzien die de wikkelaar stopt ingeval van breuk en deze naar zijn uitgangspositie draait.
