De-stack crates efficiently and quickly

This de-stacker is designed for fast and effective de-stacking of crates, boxes and trays. The options are enormous. Low, high, narrow, wide, light, heavy, without braces with braces, nested in or on top of each other, this machine processes all these crates.

The lifting movement of this de-stacker can be provided with a pneumatic, three-phase motor or a servo drive for very precise positioning. Depending on the requested capacity, this machine can process 1, 2 or even 4 stacks at the same time.

The de-stacker can be combined with conveyors or crate erectors and/or any other packaging machine so that the packaging of products becomes a fully automated process. In combination with palletising installations, the entire process can function fully automatically and autonomously.
