Fully automatic pallet wrapping

This machine wraps pallets fully automatically, which are fed through the pallet roller conveyor under the wrapper. The wrapper consists of a 4-column steel frame to which a rotation arm is mounted by means of a turntable. The rotation arm is equipped with a cutting device with a sealing unit that secures the film after it has been cut. This prevents the problem of loose ends of film.

The film clamp clamps the film and after the preset number of wraps, the cutting device cuts the film to the desired length.
The wrapping machine is equipped with a driven ‘pre-stretch’ unit that can provide a pre-stretch of up to ± 350% on the film. This can result in considerable savings on the annual use of stretch film and also results in a nice, tight end result that exudes quality.

The pallet height is sensed by a photocell that automatically stops the wrapper, the number of top and bottom wraps is freely adjustable. For the unlikely event that the film tears, an automatic film break detection is provided that stops the wrapper in case of breakage and turns it to its starting position.

Deze wikkelmachine wikkelt volautomatisch pallets welke op een palletrollenbaan onder de wikkelaar doorgevoerd worden. De wikkelaar bestaat uit een 4- koloms frame waaraan d.m.v. een draaikrans een rotatiearm gemonteerd zit. De rotatiearm is voorzien van een snij inrichting met sealunit die de folie vastzet nadat deze is afgesneden en voorkomt hiermee het probleem van loshangende folie einden.

De folieklem klemt de folie vast, na het vooraf aantal ingestelde aantal wikkelingen snijdt de snij inrichting de folie op de gewenste lengte door. De wikkelmachine is voorzien van een aangedreven ‘pre-stretch’ unit die een voorrek kan geven tot ± 350% op de folie.
Dit kan u een aanzienlijke besparing op het jaarlijks rekfoliegebruik gebruik opleveren, bovendien resulteert dit in een mooi strak eindresultaat wat kwaliteit, waar uw bedrijf voorstaat, uitstraalt.

De pallethoogte wordt afgetast met een fotocel die de wikkelaar automatisch stopt wanneer de fotocel vrijkomt, het aantal onder en boven wikkelingen is vrij instelbaar.
In het onoverkomelijke geval dat de folie scheurt is een automatisch foliebreuk detectie voorzien die de wikkelaar stopt ingeval van breuk en draait naar zijn uitgangspositie zodat een spoedige hervatting van het wikkelproces kan worden gegarandeerd.
