Efficient and fast crate stacking

This stacker is specially designed for quickly and effectively destacking crates, boxes and trays. The possibilities are enormous, low, high, narrow, wide, light, heavy, without bracket with bracket, nested in or on top of each other, this machine processes all of these crates.

The lifting movement of this stacker can be equipped with a pneumatic, three-phase motor or for very precise positioning a servo drive. Depending on the required capacity, this machine can process 1, 2 or even 4 stacks at the same time.

In many cases, the stacker can be combined with many other packaging machines so that packaging products becomes a fully automated process that can function completely autonomously.

Deze stapelaar is speciaal ontworpen voor het snel en effectief ontstapelen van kratten, dozen en trays. De mogelijkheden zijn enorm, laag, hoog, smal, breed, licht, zwaar, zonder beugel met beugel, genest in of op elkaar, deze machine verwerkt deze kratten allemaal.

De hefbeweging van deze stapelaar kan voorzien zijn van een pneumatisch, draaistroommotor of voor zeer nauwkeurig positioneren een servoaandrijving . Afhankelijk van de gevraagde capaciteit kan deze machine 1, 2 of zelfs 4 stapels tegelijk verwerken.

De stapelaar kan in veel gevallen gecombineerd worden met vele andere inpakmachines zodat het verpakken van producten een volledig geautomatiseerd proces wordt dat geheel autonoom kan functioneren.
