has started to focus on innovative industrial product handling technology and production automation systems for transporting, sorting, (de)stacking, packaging, wrapping, palletizing and wrapping products. BATEQ can completely unburden you, apart from supplying machines and systems we are also able to carry out the entire process of transport, unloading, installation and commissioning on-site for you. After commissioning, training machine operators and technical staff is also possible.

Monitor your production 24/7 without you noticing, but from which you can use a great deal of information to make your production even more efficient.
And many other questions that often remain unanswered become clear. With our OEE Tool, the total line performance of a process can be made clear.
Deterioration of the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are immediately visible and can be anticipated quickly. Every form of action, malfunction or standstill can be logged and analyzed.
It is important that inconsistent data, for example through manual data entry, is avoided/prevented.
Based on available information, the actual performance can be analyzed, the status of processes is thus immediately clear.
In this way, for example, preventive maintenance can be better planned and failure due to malfunctions and/or defects can be reduced.
