of machine performance

Deterioration of the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are immediately visible and can be anticipated quickly. Every form of action, malfunction or standstill can be logged and analyzed.
It is important that inconsistent data, for example through manual data entry, is avoided/prevented.
Based on available information, the actual performance can be analyzed, the status of processes is thus immediately clear.

In this way, for example, preventive maintenance can be better planned and failure due to malfunctions and/or defects can be reduced.
