Efficiently and quickly unfold crates

Folding crates have become an indispensable part of our daily supply chain and are becoming increasingly popular due to their many advantages. Manually unfolding these crates is a time-consuming and expensive process.

BATEQ has developed fully automatic crate folding machines that are very suitable for processing these folding crates. These machines are able to unfold multiple types of crates without having to convert the machine each time, so that a relatively high line yield is guaranteed.

A crate erector is often combined with a crate (de)stacker. BATEQ folding crate folding machines can easily be integrated into a production line so that the process of unstacking, unfolding and stacking crates becomes a fully automated process. In combination with our (de)palletising installation, we can make the entire process function completely autonomously.

Vouwkratten zijn niet meer weg te denken uit onze dagelijks supplychain en worden door de vele voordelen ook steeds populairder. Het handmatig uitklappen van deze kratten is een tijdrovend en duur proces.

BATEQ heeft volautomatische krattenvouwmachines ontwikkeld welke zeer geschikt voor verwerking van deze klapkratten. Deze machines zijn in staat om meerdere type kratten open te vouwen zonder de machine telkens om te hoeven bouwen zodat een relatief hoog lijnrendement gewaarborgd is.

Een kratten opzetmachine wordt in veel gevallen gecombineerd met een kratten (ont)stapelaar. BATEQ klapkrat vouwmachines kunnen eenvoudig in een productielijn worden geïntegreerd zodat het proces van ontstapelen, uitklappen en stapelen van kratten een volledig geautomatiseerd proces wordt. In combinatie met onze (dé)palletiseerinstallatie kunnen wij het gehele proces volledig autonoom laten functioneren.
