Efficient and fast crate destacking

This destacker is designed for the fast and effective destacking of crates, boxes and trays. The possibilities are enormous. Low, high, narrow, wide, light, heavy, without bracket with bracket, nested in or on top of each other, this machine processes all of these crates.

The lifting movement of this destacker can be equipped with a pneumatic, three-phase motor or for very precise positioning a servo drive. Depending on the required capacity, this machine can process 1, 2 or even 4 stacks at the same time.

In many cases, the destacker can be combined with a box/crate erector and/or any other packaging machine so that packaging products becomes a fully automated process. In combination with a (de) palletizing installation, the entire process can function fully automatically and autonomously.
