Unfold crates efficiently and quickly

Folding crates are indispensable in our daily supplychain and are becoming increasingly popular due to the many advantages. Folding out these crates manually is a time-consuming and expensive process.

BATEQ has developed fully automatic crate folding machines that are very suitable for processing these folding crates. These machines are able to unfold several types of crates without having to rebuild the machine each time so that a relatively high line efficiency is guaranteed.

For the perfect match BATEQ Crate erectors will be combined with a BATEQ Crate(de)stacker.
Our crate erectors can easily be integrated into a production line, the process of unstacking, unfolding and stacking of crates becomes a fully automated process. In combination with our
palletising solutions, we can have the entire process function fully autonomously.
