Unfold crates efficiently and quickly

Folding crates are indispensable from the daily supply chain and are also becoming increasingly popular due to the many advantages. Unfortunately folding these crates manually is a time-consuming and expensive process.

Therefor BATEQ has developed a fully automatic crate folding machines that is very suitable for processing folding crates. These machines are able to unfold several types of crates without conversion, so that a relatively high line efficiency is guaranteed. The folding machine is in many cases combined with a crate (de) stacker.

BATEQ folding machines can easily be integrated into a production line so that the process of unstacking, unfolding and stacking crates becomes a fully automated process.
In combination with one of our palletizing solutions the entire process can function fully automatically and autonomously.
